Roll a Monster Drawing and Writing Project! This is FUN!
Roll a dice to determine how many body parts and write down number on body part template. Then use the word bank for sentence construction or paragraph construction! Created by Jan McCleskey, MA, OTR from The Handwriting Clinic in Plano Texas. Includes handwriting story pages - in all sizes and all adaptations! Includes paragraph templates. Print out for individual students, small groups or use with power point! The preschool - 1st grade activities work on sentence construction. The older elementary activities work on paragraph construction. Students can use word bank to construct the paragraph, or cut and paste pictures into their paragraph for a multi-sensory activity! Several pages - Monster Who words, Where words, Why words, When words, Monster nouns, Monster descriptive words, and Monster transition words! An awesome word bank to make writing fun for students. Very adaptable for students with special needs. Cut out simple picture/words and students with special needs can "write" sentences with the picture/words, and then copy the sentences. Students with poor spelling can use the word bank to make more complex sentences and paragraphs. Fun! Creative!
