In this monster themed activity, students practice describing the genotypes baby inherits from mom and dad with a supportive writing frame. This is useful for special education and ELL students. There are also two other worksheets for reinforcement of vocabulary. In the first worksheet, students identify the phenotype when given a genotype. They also have a list of examples that they have to identify as a dominant allele, recessive allele, genotype, or phenotype. In the second worksheet, students have to write the genotype when given the phenotype. They also practice identifying if a genotype homozygous or heterozygous along with if the organism is a purebred or hybrid.
