Monster Math: Place Value Math Centers
Monster Math is a set of 3 place value games designed to be used with 2-4 students.
Which Number Wins utilizes numbers to 9,999. Students arrange four number cards in any order they choose. Then, one player spins the spinner. If it lands on Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½Greatest NumberÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½, the student who created the greatest number wins. If it lands on Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½Least NumberÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½, the student who created the lesser number wins. It contains a spinner, 2 pairs of partner boards, and number cards.
WhatÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½s My Number is a game of riddles. Students take turns reading a riddle to the group. Each student then covers the number they think is correct on their boards. Then, the player reading the clues reveals the answer. Players check and correct if necessary. First player to cover a row or column on their board wins. It contains four player boards and riddle cards.
Monster Mash is a board game where students identify the value of digits. First player to land on Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½FINISHÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½ wins. It contains a spinner, a game board and game cards.
