This is the paper that I used for Montana history. I asked every student to pick a different city in Montana. They had to research the city and answer these questions. Then, the kiddos read from this typed paper and gave an oral report about the city. You could use this for every other state, and just change the name. I asked the students to give directions from our city (Whitefish) to the city of choice. I also gave a map of Montana, and the students had to draw ten items of choice on the map based on correct location on the map. This took one week to complete. Each blank was worth one point. The kids loved it. I loved it. There was a recipe for each city. The kids were able to find recipes particular to the area. It was based on choice!
