Product Description
Background: Music served a multitude of roles during the Civil Rights Movement. Whether it was a gathering of people signing Amazing Grace after MLK’s house was bombed by a group of white supremacists, or Bob Dylan raising awareness about the murder of a black boy from Chicago, music has consistently seemed to be a transformative tool.
Mission: Using the Montgomery Bus Boycott, and its primary star Rosa Parks as your platform, write a song that captures the critical elements of this monumental event and extraordinary woman. Note: Song should be historically accurate, but also musically creative.
