These are monthly-themed covers for making math journals. I have included a cover for September through June, plus a generic "Math Journal" cover that you can use as an option.
You can assemble the journals using standard letter-sized paper. Reproduce the covers, add blank or grid paper inside, fold in half, and staple using a long-arm or saddle stapler.
I use these each morning with my class. After the kids arrive, they come up to the SMARTboard where I have math warm-up questions. After giving the kids time to complete the answers on their own, students share how they got their answers. Students may correct any mistakes as we discuss the answers.
I hope you find these to be helpful. Enjoy!
