Learning Objective

Students will be able to write their names as well as draw a self portrait of themselves. They will be able to practice their fine motor skills as well as practice parts of the body when drawing.

This fun assessment is sure to get your students excited. Show them how much they have grown during the year with these monthly name writing and self portrait pages. I have included 12 months from August-July for teachers to use.

Students are asked to draw a self portrait and then write their name on the designated line.

I have also included a cover so that you can make it into a book at the end of the year. This is a great way to show parents the progress that their students made!
