This Mood tracker Bullet Journal is a powerful way to gain a snapshot of your students well-being. It is a customizable journal with 4 cover designs and 3 types of mood trackers:
Daily Mood Tracker:
This page can be duplicated to create a weekly, monthly or yearly tracker for all students. The page also includes a habit tracker and task list. Perfect daily guide for your students to reflect and guide their mood, habits and tasks on a school day. This page can also help students identify the correlation between tasks, habits and mood. The format will encourage all students to self reflect on their mood and help them cultivate positive habits.
Instant Mindfulness Mood Tracker
There are 5 mood tracker designs in this section. These pages are designed to help assess and defuse a students mood during the school day. If you have a student in a heightened emotional state, these mood tracker pages will provide them with a mindfulness moment and help you identify the mood of your student - anxious, angry, sad, nervous, worried, happy. etc. The page will help calm your student before addressing the cause of the heightened mood. A blank template has also been provided for students to draw their own pattern or picture.
Daily Mood Tracker : Triple Check in
There are 5 designs to create a check in with your students at the start, middle and end of the school day. This will encourage your students to reflect on their own mood throughout the day and also provide a social and emotional check for staff. Duplicate the pages to create a weekly, monthly or yearly journal. This can be a terrific resource to identify behavioural trends for teachers (eg: consistently positive mood shift after lunch) A blank template has also been provided for students to draw their own pattern or picture.
