Product Description
THIS IS A LEGAL SIZE PAPER DOCUMENT.
Instructions:
1. Print this file. I recommend to print it in white color paper. THIS IS A LEGAL SIZE PAPER DOCUMENT.
2. In every page you will find (half page) the lottery board for the students, and the other half has pictures to be cut on the dotted lines. These pictures must be inside a plastic bag.
3. Once you cut the boards and the pictures you can start your lottery game in class. Have a lot of fun!
4. Hand out the boards, every students can have 1 or 2 boards. It is also very important to remember pictures are not repeated, so every time the teacher calls out a picture only one student can get it. The student will have to match the picture from the teacher and the one on the board. (Some people also use beans, buttons or pennies to cover the board pictures).
5. The winner will be the students who gets all the pictures on the board.
6. This is a great material to review high frequency vocabulary about this topic.
7. The teacher can also ask different questions using this “Moods and Feelings” vocabulary.
8. This activity can be done with a big group of 20 students or 10 students with 2 boards each.
9. Remember from page 1 to 20 you have this “Moods and Feeling” in a bilingual versions (Spanish and English) and from page 27 to 47 you have the same lottery but in a monolingual version (only in Spanish). When you are introducing this new topic you can use the bilingual lottery, then when you play the same lottery for the second time in class you can use the monolingual version. Good luck!
* This could be a very loud activity. Enjoy it!
