Twenty nine moon shapes are given. Each moon shape has an accompanying letter. Students cut these out and then put them in order on the blank calendar template. Students will know they have the correct answer when they are able to make a sentence that answers one of three jokes: How do you know when the moon is going broke? How would you get your hair cut in space? How did the astronaut get the party started? An answer key is provided. The PDF preview cuts some of the words and pictures. It will not appear this way in the downloaded Word document.
