Product Description
A fun activity for students working on reading and writing the first 353 high frequency Māori words.

How to play:
Students roll a dice, read the corresponding word and then write it once in the column underneath. Players take turns. Who can complete their sheet first?

A great literacy activity that works on reading, writing and spelling at the same time.

Extra writing support:
An extra set of sheets for words 1-101 are provided with extra writing support for younger learners. The first three lines have the word written in ‘outline font’ that students trace, and the last two lines are blank for them to try and write the work independently (see an example in the images above).

Included:
♦ 59 activity sheets (words 1-353)
♦ 17 activity sheets with extra writing support (words 1-101)
♦ Blank template (custom design your own word list if you wish)
♦ Teacher notes

Note: I’m happy to create a set of sheets with the words ‘Roll Read Write’ written in Te Reo Māori if you would prefer this. Let me know the translation that you would like to use.
