These are the binder pages that I use with my students during my morning meeting routine.
I also take these binder pages and turn them into a SMART Notebook resource so that my students may follow along on the board during morning meeting.
Many different skills and concepts are reinforced throughout my morning meeting including: skip-counting, using tens frames, representing numbers as a tallies, identifying the weather, writing the date in different formats, graphing, place value, temperature, etc.
Included in this morning meeting binder are black and white copies of a calendar for each month of the school year (Sept-August) that is differentiated to fit the needs of your students (blank for students to fill in the numbers or already filled in with dotted numbers for students to trace). There are two versions of a daily sheet that emphasizes the date, weather, temperature, place value, etc. There are also specific pages that focus on weather graphing, using tens frames, using tally marks, counting forward, counting backward, representing information as a fraction, etc. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
These activities are differentiated and include both color and black and white versions!
