If you are looking for a morning picture schedule to give your students support while completing their daily morning routines look no further! Simply print these schedules on some bright colored paper and tape it to their desk. I did create one for boys and one for girls! If you really want to upgrade these schedules, try including pictures of each child completing each step.
For the first week or two, I had to guide my student through each step of the schedule with positive praise as they finished each step. Now, I am able to work around the room and complete my morning tasks while they complete their schedule either independently or with minimal verbal cues.
This is so necessary because teacher’s have A LOT to do in the mornings! It is also great for your students to increase their independence, self-care, and self-monitoring.
