Morning choice is becoming trendy. Students need time to wake up and get ready to learn before we pelt them with math problems. This choice board set and inspiration journal was made to give students more choice during morning work and after they have finished their work. The choices include activities to promote creativity, engineering, reading, goal-setting, and research. Last year I began to give my students choice in the morning, and it started our day off in the best way possible. The students who wanted to read were able to read to their heart's content. The students who wanted to build or create were also provided with opportunities to do that!
