• Friday - independent completion of sentences submitted for a grade

The power of this program is in the discussion. Talking about connections, intricacies, and exceptions in grammar maximizes understanding.

This mechanics unit is the perfect complement to writer’s workshop! It allows you to addresses Common Core State Standards for Language 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, and 5.2 (CCSS L.4.1, L.4.2, L.5.1, L.5.2) in just a few short minutes each day.
