My morning work will engage your students with language arts practice that is different each morning, all with limited prep on your part!
You'll need to make copies of the first two pages for each student (run them double sided) and then each morning, just display the instructions. I put the student papers in plastic job ticket holders (there's a link in the tips section to the product on Amazon) and my students use Expo markers to complete the work. You can also make a copy of the student page for each day and students can use pencils.
The November Morning Work covers the following topics:
Days of the week
Sentence editing (capitalizing the first letter, end punctuation, basic high-frequency word spelling)
Digraphs-sh, th, ch, wh
Long a (cvce)
Past/present verb tense
Spirals to review:
Short o words
Short i words
Short u words
Short e words
Each day has a key for quick correcting and giving students immediate feedback.
There are 23 days of morning work included in the product.
If you like the November Morning Work, you may want to consider buying the whole year-you'll save some $$!
