The purpose of this unit is to help students identify Greek and Latin roots within
words they know and then to take this knowledge a step further by
brainstorming (or often looking up words in a dictionary, online, or
other resources) to dig a bit deeper. These "worksheets" are still fun and engaging for students and my intervention kiddos often ask to do "morphology" above any of the other Orton-Gillingham activities.

This is a living document and will be updated to contain more roots. Please contact me if you have a root that you need for your classroom and I will work to include it so that it meets your needs as a classroom teacher or interventionist.
