This is a poster project that is designed to help students research and learn about foodborne illnesses. They are coming up with a wanted poster on a foodborne illness. They will also be finding out the causes of the illness, the symptoms of the illness, and treatment, and 5 ways to be safe in the kitchen so you don't contract the foodborne illness. This is, hopefully, a fun way to summarize what has been learned or to use as the main way to lean about foodborne illnesses. This activity can be done alone or with a partner and is geared to be presented to the rest of the class so that each student will help teach the other students about their foodborne illness.
