This will give students an opportunity to change a recipe they prepared in class if they do not like it and want to make something else on Mother’s Day.
This is a five day unit which includes, step by step directions, recipes, lab planning worksheet, lab rubric, manners and etiquette rubric, manners quiz and manners role play cards. Students will be graded on the food they will prepare as well as proper table manners and etiquette while they eat.
