Are you looking for a unique gift for your students to make for Mother's Day or any other special occasion? Potato bead bracelets are fun to make and are surprisingly beautiful! This download includes a photo tutorial with step by step directions for how to make potato bracelets with your students. It also includes an original potato bracelet poem (written by myself) that you can copy for students to give along with their special gift! If you would like to incorporate some writing, I have also created a foldable gift giving booklet/journal in which the students write and draw about the bracelet making steps (first, then, next, finally).

The poem is not limited to only mothers on Mother's Day. It could be used for any special person on any special day. :-)

The potato bracelet craft is ideal for students in grades 3-5, but it could be made by younger students with extra adult assistance.

This project will require other store bought materials for making the bracelets. Please refer to the preview for a complete list of materials.

Please note: This project takes about 8 days to complete from start to finish.

Thank you for considering my Potato Bracelet Tutorial and Gift Poem.
