Help kids and young adults learn skills for staying motivated in school. These are great materials to use with middle and high school students. This workbook teaches how to set goals, stick with your goals, give incentives to yourself, start small, make checklists, visualize the end result, and much more. This is the ideal tool to help empower kids and teens to get and stay motivated to complete their responsibilities.

A digital version is included for students to respond in Google Drive.

How to Use

This workbook can be used in large or small groups by the regular education teacher, special education teacher, or other support professionals. There is no prep for the educator. These materials can also be used during advisory for middle and high school students. While all students can most assuredly benefit from learning strategies to strengthen motivation skills, some examples of students most in need include those with ADD/ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Learning Disabilities. These strategies would be helpful to any student who struggles with getting started or staying motivated to complete assignments or tasks.
