Did you know that research tells us that children with ADHD learn more effectively if they can move during the activity they are doing? They also need regular movement breaks between activities.

Grab this pack today and add it to your ADHD toolkit!

This pack contains 10 exercise visuals on 20 A4 full-colour printables. 10x with a 30-second reminder on them and 10x without the time, for use with timed and untimed breaks, so you can put them on the wall and make movement or exercise stations.

The exercises also come as small printable cards to stick onto a desk or place around the room to remind children of activities they can do when they need a break.

A fun spinner printable is also included to make this a whole class, group or individual activity (instructions for making it a spinner included).
