This activity pack is meant to be used during your Adapted Physical Education class, Physical Education Class, or as a brain break to provide some fun and entertaining stretches. There are 15 different stretches that include a clip art visual of a person doing the stretch and a clip art visual of the kitchen item the stretch is named for. Each stretch has its “official” name as well as its kitchen name.
Within this pack, you will find 7 PDF files: a full page color version, a full page black and white version, a quarter size color version, a quarter size black and white version, craft stick topper size color version, and craft stick topper size black and white version, and the boom card™ link. You will also have access to the file in Slides™.
You can decide which method you want to display the choices for your students. It is recommended that if you choose a print method, you laminate it so that it lasts longer. For the toppers, you can choose what you attach them to. In my sample, I used straws because they were what I had on hand. However, you could use craft sticks or skewers. The point is to be able to pull a random stick out of a jar and do that activity. The Boom Card™ deck is set to randomize. The Slides™ deck will not randomize. Use the Boom Card™ deck or Slides™ deck will allow the teacher to project the activity on the projector.
