Product Description
This is a highly engaging phonics activity, inspired by the Cubist art of Pablo Picasso. This is a SMARTBoard Activity, and a hard copy printable is also included to use in conjunction with or instead of the SMARTBoard. Children listen to and write dictated words, following different phonics patterns. They then follow a key to add Cubist features to a Mr. Picassohead! The phonics rules provided connect with Wilson’s Fundations phonics program. You can change the phonics rules and word lists to fit your own program or focus.

This activity is part of a Pablo Picasso Artist Study, which is a portion of our complete Artist Biography Unit.

3.a. Know the spelling-sound correspondences for common consonant digraphs.
3.b. Decode regularly spelled one-syllable words.
