This resource allows students to practice the "sh" sound in isolation. Told in a predictable short story format, students can participate with their therapist or teacher and practice the target sound when it is their turn. This can be used with Pre-K/Kindergarten students who are learning their sounds or it can be used with speech therapy students who are working on the "sh" sound in isolation. As it is told in a story format, you can take it a step further and incorporate "WH" questions, such as "Why do you think Mrs. Shushingbug keeps shushing everyone?", "How should we act in a library?", "What did the teenagers do that made them get shushed?", "How did the teenagers try to get back at Mrs. Shushingbug?", etc.
