This set of task cards requires students to think through two (or three) steps to solve each prboblem. Task cards include a variety of mathematical operations. To complete these task cards, students will need to know 2-digit strategies for multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction.

You may choose to use these task cards for early finishers, math rotations, in small groups, or even do a few as a morning meeting activity. You may also decide whether your students use a calculator or simply pencil and paper with to find the solutions for task cards. Additionally, you can give your students an extra challenge to complete each card within a certain time frame, say 3 minutes, and have them set a timer for each card.
