It’s not just fun and creative. This kind of learning sticks!
Let’s inject fun and creativity into the Common Core with this critical thinking, hands-on lesson. In this lesson, students think critically about conflict in literature through graphic organizers, write a short-constructed response, make a 3-D multi-tool metaphor, advertise their multi-tools using graphic design, and share their creation while addressing speaking and listening standards. It’s challenging and engaging and adaptable to grades 3-8.
Hey, who couldn’t use a good multi-tool in their toolbox?
Grade Level—3 through 8; students will respond at their own level of ability
