I have personally gotten compliments from my principal about the good behavior from the cues the students took from me pointing to the posters. Further directions about this are listed in the teacher notes. I use these when I teach a 30 minute lesson in different rooms. I have these in page protectors in a binder so that I can easily point to them.

These classroom posters are great for establishing expectations in the classroom. They are especially useful for K-2 who benefit from the visual cues of how to hold their bodies. There are pictures of students seated on the carpet criss-cross-applesauce style, seated at a desk, and pictures of a quiet mouth.
