Multiplication Bump is a fun way to practice multiplying single digit numbers. They have a blast "bumping" each other off the board! Multiplication is a huge part of third grade math. Because all of fourth and fifth grade build on this skill, it's important to develop and retain fact fluency.
This version has students multiply numbers from 1 to 9.
The directions for the game are listed right on the game board, and it only requires dice and counters. I have a few copies laminated in the students' math centers area, and it makes a perfect no-prep game for collaborative learning. It's well-suited to a variety of ages; we even played it at our parent math showcase, and parents loved playing with their students.
Math is fun!
