Some of my students were in a bit of a rut when it came to multiplication facts. I made this packet to help my students become proficient with their facts. I give my kids 1 minute to complete 90% of the multiplication facts for that particular set.
I recently read two articles by math specialists saying that the order in which we teach kids their facts is best done in the order I have included here. I am currently trying it in this order and will adjust if needed. Just so you are aware, the order that I have the quizzes is as follows: 1,2,4,10,5,11,9,3,6,7,8,12,13.
There are fact quizzes included for 1's through 13's. I know kids don't technically need to memorize 13s, but some of my kids needed a challenge.
Also included is a page where students can keep track of the quizzes they are passing.
An answer key for all questions is also included at the end of the packet. I print off a few copies of this and have a small group help correct the quizzes to help ease the time I spend on correcting.
Thanks for looking!
