Product Description
This activity comes with 12 completed multiplication problems. 6 (2 by 2) and 6 (3 by 2) problems compose the 12 problems. Students will look at the 12 problems and determine what mistake was made when completing the problem. Students are given several options to consider when looking for the mistake. Once the mistake is found and identified, students will correctly solve the problem on their recording sheet.
1 recording sheet and 1 answer key
This is a very rigorous and high level thinking activity since it requires students to analyze and justify their thinking.
