It’s Mrs. Gingerbread’s birthday, and Mr. Gingerbread has organized a huge surprise party at the house. The only problem is that he forgot to bake a cake and prepare treats for his sweet wife and all their friends. So he has come to your bake shop to pick up as many yummy desserts as he possibly can before the celebration begins.
Players must start at Mr. Gingerbread and help him reach his wife by rolling the dice. On each spot a player lands, he/she must count the number of treats per box, then spin the spinner to figure out how many boxes Mr. Gingerbread is going to order. Keep track of the total order by adding up the treats after each turn. The player to send Mr. Gingerbread home with the most sweets for the party wins!
This fun file folder game will have students practicing their 1,2,4,5 multiplication facts in a meaningful way. This game is a great way for teachers to assess student knowledge without the traditional pencil and paper test.
