so students can check each other’s responses.

Common Core State Standard:
CCSS.Math.Content.3.OA.C.7 Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division (e.g., knowing that 8 × 5 = 40, one knows 40 ÷ 5 = 8) or properties of operations. By the end of Grade 3, know from memory all products of two one-digit numbers.

Use as simple flashcards or for the activities below:
Activity 1:
Select the facts that are appropriate for your students. Pair them up with the correct answer cards. Now place cards in groups of 20 (10 pairs), and place in individual baggies. Give to an individual or group of students to simply match up. OR Play a Memory/Concentration game. Place cards in 4 rows of 5 cards each. Students take turns turning over the cards. If they have a fact and its answer, they keep those cards, and continue the turn until no match is made.
Activity 2:
Select the cards that are appropriate for your students. Place cards face down in a pile. Students roll a die to see how many cards they can pick. Students keep each card that they correctly solve. The game is over when all cards have been drawn. The winner is the student with the most cards.
Activity 3:
Select the facts that a group of students needs to practice. Students line up the cards as though they are on a path. This creates a “follow the path” type game. Each student has a game token. Students take turns rolling a number die, moving that number of spaces and solving the fact that is on the card where the student lands.
Activity 4:
Select 10 pairs of facts with the same answer (20 cards), i.e. 3 x 12 and 4 x 9. Students play Memory or Concentration, turning over 2 cards at a time and keeping them if they have the same product. The game is over when all cards are gone. The winner is the student with the most cards. Keep cards that belong together in individual baggies.

It is designed to be printed out back to back with 27 different kinds
of school clipart printing on the reverse sides of the cards.
However, you can choose to leave the cards blank on the reverse side
OR print out the entire file and glue the backings onto the cards.
First run pages 1-30.
Then place the fact sheets and answer sheets face up and facing you in the printer’s paper tray.
Now, print out pages 31-57 which contain 27 different types of backings (school clip art) that will be printed on the reverse side of each sheet.
Pages 58-66 are 8 optional recording sheets if you would like students to write the facts as they engage in the activities. There are color ones if you’d like to laminate them for use with erasable markers AND black and white to duplicate for use with pencil.
Pages 67and 68 are 2 Optional Multiplication Awards, one in color and one in black and white.
Page 69 is a Multiplication Table so students can check each other’s answers.
Finally, just cut each card sheet on the paper cutter into 12 square cards.
