Students compete in pairs to see who can answer the most multiplication fact questions in a minute. My students love to use the graph to chart their progress to see how much they are growing each time we play this game.
The first student goes twice in a row and tries to answer as many facts as they can. Next, the second student does the same thing. Whoever GROWS more in the two turns wins. This game is great for all students because it is not about who knows the most multiplication facts. This game is about which student is GROWING the most.
