For scholars who score below 80% they will write the multiples of the basic fact 4 times each in the correct order. The challenge is to be able to do it accurately off of memory.
A strategy we teach our scholars if you get stuck write out the multiples and then find your answer. We also have a song that goes with each one to help with the fluency.
This can be used for fluency practice in the beginning of class or given to scholars as homework if they were not proficient.
