Product Description
Multiplication facts are vital to teach so students can create a firm foundation for key mathematical skills later in life. Students can practice their skills with this engaging and delightful game that will make them WANT to practice and memorize their multiplication facts. This game works excellent for math centers, remediation activities, small groups, and for those students who complete their work early! We've even had teachers purchase additional licenses for parents because students wanted to play the game at home with their families.

What you get

Do-You-Know Cards
- 280 (Colored) cards with multiplication facts from 1-12
- 280 (Black and White) cards with multiplication facts from 1-12
-Alternative game version "Dice of Destiny" to "spice" the game up
-2 Blank cards of each color/pattern to add your own multiplication problems
-"Dice of Destiny" cards for students to refer for help
-Direction Sheet

Basic Game Directions:
*Shuffle the cards, and then deal out 7 cards to each person, beginning with the person on your left.
*Put the deck in the middle, and flip one card over.
*The person to the left of the dealer goes first. That person may lay the same color, product answer, matching multiplication problem, or play a “WILD” card.
*If the player has a playable card, he/she may lay it on the top of the discard pile in the middle. Before laying the card, the player must provide the correct answer to the multiplication problem.
*If the player is correct, the game continues to the left (unless a player used a reverse card).
*If they answer incorrect, he/she must place the card back into their hand, draws another card from the pile, and loses their turn.
*If a player does not have a playable card in his/her hand, he/she draws a card from the deck in the middle. If he/she draws a card that can be played, then the player may play the card right away. If not, play continues to the next person.
*If you run out of draw cards, take the discarded cards, shuffle, and reuse.
When a player gets down to one card, he/she must yell, “Do-You-Know!” before anyone else, or he/she must draw two cards.
*The first player to get rid of all his/her cards WINS!

"Dice of Destiny" Optional Game Play
To spice up the game, you can choose to use the “Die of Destiny.” There are specially marked cards that have a die in the bottom right hand corner of the card.
*After a player places this card on the discard pile, the next player rolls a die. The player (or players depending on the result) must follow the positive or negative consequences represented by the number displayed on the die.
*There is cheat sheet for the positive and negative consequences of the “Die of Destiny.” These cards can be printed and given to students to help them remember.
