To organize this game, I laminated the directions and taped them to a gallon baggie. I put the materials inside the bag so students can easily grab the bag to play the game during math centers or stations. You could also use this for folder games.
This game is used with a regular deck of cards. On the cards in my classroom, I wrote the numbers on the face cards to turn them in to a math deck, but there are directions included so students can use a regular deck. The dice help students with subitizing, or identifying numbers quickly. I have several games that use cards and dice because many families already have these materials. Once the students know how to play, they can practice at home too!
