Students multiply multi-digit numbers in this fun holiday math activity that doubles as math classroom decor. Multiplication problems include:

2 digit x 2 digit

2 digit x 3 digit

1 digit x 4 digit

1 digit x 5 digit

There are also 4 blank pennants to make your own multiplication problems.

Once a pennant is complete, it can be hung along a string in your classroom to show the world that, "Hey, we know how to multiply!"

Included are 34 pennants, an optional student answer sheet and an answer key. 30 of the pennants have multiplication problems already printed on them, 4 are blank for your own problems. Each group of students can be given a set of pennants, scissors and either glue, tape or a stapler. Students can be in charge of cutting out the pennants. Groups can compete to see which group can complete the most pennants or your entire class can add pennants to one string as they complete each one. You may also choose to have your students color their pennants to add to your classroom decor.
