This handy little booklet contains 4 sample pages of problems connecting multiplication, division, and improper fractions. Children are able to see how the different styles of division really mean processing the same mathematical operation. Students also connect equal/not equal, and greater than/less than problems. Dots in a grid pattern are used with each problem to allow for visual representations. Included is one blank template of each sample page which can be photocopied for students/teachers to create their own fact families. Students can keep track of their fact family progress with a check-off slip. One whole classroom check-off chart is also included. A great resource to provide a concrete basis for mental math.
