This game is a great review for CCSS 3.OA.A.1. Students will interpret problems of whole numbers.
However your students have learned multiplication, you can adapt this to apply. (My students used EnVisions math). You are able to edit BOTH the questions and the answers.
For example, if you want your students to use the distributive property rather than just the standard form, you are able to change the question/answer.
The game includes easy (basic word problems), medium (2-steps) difficult (multiple steps) and surprise (which is a mix of everything).
Tucker has one dozen baseball cards for each of his favorite teams. He has 5 favorite teams. How many cards does he have in all?
Shae went to the movie theater with his family. Each child’s ticket cost $8 and each adult’s ticket cost $10. If there are 2 adults and 4 children in all, how much money do the tickets cost in all?
If you would like, you are welcome to change the questions. HOWEVER, you MAY NOT repost or sell different questions as your own, as I have created the template. DO NOT REPRODUCE. Fonts and images have copyright.
This is a PowerPoint template, but also works perfectly with SMARTBoards!
This is a wonderful review for multiplication word problems!
