Use these handouts and direction sheets to create take home multiplication practice kits for your intermediate students.
Simply print the cover sheet and activity directions and slide them into sheet protectors. Store them in a pocket folder inside of a sturdy bag along with a class roster and various flashcard sets and games. This year I used the plastic bags from Really Good Stuff and they held up great.
I use these kits during the second trimester of third grade. I send them home with students for a few days to practice their fact fluency in addition to their nightly math homework. When the kits are returned, the student checks off their name and passes it to the next student on the class roster sheet stored in the folder within the kit.
These are always a hot item amongst third graders!
