Included is scaffolded, outline notes for the properties of multiplication that can be used for a minilesson and a BINGO game that can be used in conjunction for guided practice. This BINGO game provides a fun way to interact with the properties of multiplication. This can be played in groups, individually or in stations. The teacher should make enough copies of the game board as needed. Only one copy of the property cards is necessary for the teacher to draw a property and call it out. Students will place a counter or game piece on a space that shows an example of that property. Whoever gets an entire row or column covered calls out BINGO! and should receive a prize of some sort.
