Students will cut 45 cards and sort them into groups of 3 that match. they will then glue the three down to a recording sheet.
15 cards are a number.
15 cards are a multiplication fact.
15 cards are a mathematical language description.
This is a great activity for math centers, activity for a substitute to do, or a fun game to play in a group.
Students have to combine their knowledge of multiplication facts, standard form, and math vocabulary in order to solve.
