This is part of my Multiplication 1-12's Unit, so if you have purchased that you already have these materials. This portion of the unit includes only the materials needed for the five multiplication stations. Some work is required by the teacher to prepare the stations, but once you have laminated and made them they should last year to year. You will also need index cards, baggies, dominoes, playing cards and beans or small counters. Nothing new for the typical classroom! Directions are all included and the stations are easy and kid friendly.
Station 1: Multiplication Flash Cards- students will use markers and index cards to make their own set of flash cards. There is also a facts sheet to verify their answers.
Station 2: Multiplication War- students will pair up and use playing cards to practice their facts with card games.
Station 3: Multiplication Dominos- I laminate several copies of the domino pages. Students draw dominos from a baggie, copy the dots with dry erase marker on the laminated pages and then multiply the numbers.
Station 4: Hooray for Arrays- I put a baggie of beans and noodles in this station along with several laminated copies of the worksheets that go with it. Studunts use the beans and manipulate the appropriate array for the assignment. They can write on their paper with dry erase markers so they can be reused.
Station 5: Multiplication Color Pages- these are "hidden pictures" that are colored following a multiples code at the top. I make a class set of both pages and they can color one or both.
