This item is a worksheet for students to practice using multiplication to solve division problems. They do this with an understanding that division is the inverse operation of multiplication. So, if students know their multiplication facts, they too can solve division facts.
*On many standardized tests, I have seen multiplication represented as a dot or star and division represented with a slash. So, I wanted to include those representations in the practice I gave my students. I did a mini-lesson about the different ways to write multiplication and division problems prior to giving this practice sheet, so that students would clearly understand the symbols.
