This is the tenth lesson in my Multiplication unit. It is designed to review multiplication with decimals. After a quick review, the lesson then moves to a game to check for the students understanding of the concept. My students love the random team names that I create and those names are on the slide before the game board. The game is set up for a team to choose a game piece which, when moved, reveals a multiplication problem. I have had the teams work together to see if they can come up with the correct answer for a point. Or it also has worked that I don't allow them to work together and how many students on each team that come up with the correct answer is how many points that team accumulates. The game is very interactive for every student in the class, so it can be played however it works for your classroom setting.
