This is the ninth lesson in my Multiplication unit. It is designed to take the class through the steps and examples of multiplying decimals using grids. After the introductory slides, the lesson then moves to practice problems to check for the students understanding of the concept. All of the problems are designed for individual students or groups to come up to the board to display their answers and explain their reasoning. There are many practice problems for multiple students to be in charge of solving and explaining, making this lesson interactive for every student in the class.
