This product includes 20 real life math tasks for teaching multiplication of fractions. These engaging problems can be used over and over because you can choose the numbers and increase the difficulty, giving you at least a month’s worth of problem solving. Each problem comes in a one-page version to project on the board without numbers so that you can choose the numbers that will best challenge your students. You can also use this page for a string of related problems, giving your students more practice. When you are ready for independent practice, there are 4 pages for each task. They include: Level A- Multiplying whole numbers by a fraction, Level B- Multiplying a fraction by a fraction, Level C- Multiplying with mixed numbers, and Level D- Pick your own numbers. Also included is an answer key for each task.
