Product Description
A math notebook page to help students understand and reference how to multiply and divide fractions. Each page includes an overview of how to use models to multiply and divide fractions. I like to teach algorithms with context through word problems. Several word problems are included in the notes to help students learn what multiplying and dividing fractions situations are like. How to multiply and divide mixed numbers is also included.

These note will work best with an accompanying lesson on how to use models to multiply or divide fractions.

There is lot of practice included that can be used as a station, exit tickets, quizzes, homework, etc.

For the Notebook Pages: This product includes two versions of notes. One with all notes filled in (except the interactive parts) and one with key words left blank so students can actively participate.

To print the notes to make a booklet, print the two pages you want two sided and select “flip on the short side.” You could also print and copy 1 to 2 sided on a copier.

There is no cutting for students, only a simple fold. Students could also color as they take notes. find that students are more engaged when they have something to color.
