This activity promotes collaboration, logic, critical thinking, and FUN in your classroom! Students work in teams to solve a murder mystery set at a school, with teachers as suspects. They must determine the location (in a word search), weapon (reading/completing written origami directions), and the killer (logic puzzle/clues). This would work well in middle school or early high school.
You get everything you need, including a teacher set up guide (it's easy), evidence sheet, clues, answer keys, and a reflection activity. There is a Power Point with images of the suspects for you to project during the activity.
This would be perfect for Halloween, after reading a scary story in class, or anytime you want to have some fun in your classroom while promoting critical thinking skills.
